Cristina María Castro
(Aldonza). A Texas native with Puerto Rican roots, Cristina María Castro is a sought-after performer in both classical music and musical theatre, and she is thrilled to make her role debut as Aldonza with Plaza! An avid champion of new music, she has performed in several workshops as part of the New York Theatre Festival and Broadway Bound Theater Festival. Yay for new works and yay that theater is back!

Happily retired, living her best “life upon the wicked stage”, and treasuring every moment of Man of La Mancha while sharing the stage with her real life love and partner Peter (Governor/Innkeeper)! (Jose/Barber) is very excited to be part of Man of La Mancha at Plaza Theatricals! Most recently, Matt was Bee Gee singing and disco dancing as Bobby C in Saturday Night Fever at Derby Dinner Playhouse in Louisville. Based in NYC, Matt has been a part of the workshop for the site-specific theatre experience RAGTIME: ELLIS ISLAND (dir. Sammi Cannold).Favorite regional credits include Pan in Bat Boy, Margaret Mead/Tribe member in Hair and The Artful Dodger in Oliver. On film, Matt starred as Jack Strong in Flight to Sinai, an independent movie musical available on Amazon and iTunes. Graduate of The Boston Conservatory. Love and gratitude to his amazing Mom and Dad, fabulous agent Pantera/Murphy The Agency, and most importantly, perfect husband David.
Bruce Rebold
(Cervantes/Don Quixote) ‘hurls down his gauntlet’ once again to Long Island audiences in this coveted role, 30+ years after the first time he portrayed our noble knight. Regional credits include The Golden Bride and The Sorceress with the National Yiddish Theatre (the former garnering two Drama Desk Award nominations), Hairspray, Sweeney Todd, Fiddler On The Roof, The Light In The Piazza, (Carbonell Award nomination, Best Actor in a Musical), Sunset Boulevard, Mamma Mia! Phantom, The Music Man, and South Pacific. He dedicates this performance to his beloved Mom, whose support, encouragement and love is EVERYTHING to him and brings him joyously to the ‘plains of La Mancha’ today. Leeanna Rubin
(Maria) has performed at some of the best theaters in the nation including Milwaukee Repertory, Walnut Street, Lincoln Center, Folger Shakespeare, O’Neill Center, and is thrilled to add Plaza Theatricals to the list. Leeanna is looking forward to an off-Broadway run of the musical, A Class Act, at Theatre Row Studios in February. She holds an MFA from the University of South Carolina. Leeanna thanks Jamibeth Casting, go-to accompanist Mark Galinovsky, her husband, mother, and Doxie!
Julia Salatti

(Antonia) (she/her/hers) is thrilled to make her Plaza Debut! A 2021 Musical Theatre graduate of Manhattan School of Music, Maria continues performance work while at Columbia University! Past Roles: Belle, Cinderella, U/S Maria (SOM), Rapunzel, Marilyn Monroe (Mistresses), The Mother (Paperboy) and vocals in Macklemore’s newest release “Next Year.” Look for her in upcoming Netflix and Sony films and a popular crime series!
